Who already trades under the name
Every name we hold has more than one possible owner. Our work is to find the one whose customers already use those words, and to say so briefly.
We read the market around the words
Registries, trade listings, local search results and the shopfronts themselves tell us who uses a phrase and where. A name for a regional service usually has a short list of serious candidates.
We look at how buyers search
The useful question is what a customer types after hearing about you once. If that phrase is the name we hold, the fit is strong. If they type something else, we leave you alone.
We note the address you use today
A hyphen, a town added to the end, a .net or a country ending. None of these is wrong. Each one sends a share of first guesses somewhere else, and that share is what the exact name recovers.
Then one short note, and no pressure
Simone writes once, with the observation that led to you and one question. A reply of “not for us” ends it. A reply of “stop” removes the address from every list we keep.

One question
Whether the name is worth a look. The answer can be no.
