The site

rimadvisors.com describes the work of Rim Advisors. Its content is general information, not legal, tax or trademark advice. You may read and share it; you may not copy it into another site.

The enquiry form

Use it for genuine questions about names. Automated or bulk submissions are refused. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a name or create any obligation on either side.

Quotes

A figure we give is for the named domain only, in US dollars, and stays open for fourteen days unless we say otherwise. A name is not held for anyone until an escrow transaction for it has been opened.

Purchases

Every sale settles through a licensed escrow service under that service’s terms. Ownership passes when the name is in the buyer’s registrar account and the buyer has confirmed receipt. Renewal fees after that are the buyer’s.

Trademarks

We do not offer names built on registered marks. Buyers remain responsible for checking that their intended use of a name is lawful where they trade.

Liability

Rim Advisors offers the site without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Rim Advisors is not liable for indirect loss arising from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
